CANCELLATION POLICY

Last Updated: November, 2025

1. Introduction

The Qoup, a North Carolina limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates www.theqoup.com (the “Website”). This Cancellation Policy governs the process and terms by which subscribers (“you” or “User”) may cancel their subscription to the Website. This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

1. Cancellation Notice Requirement

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing written notice of cancellation at least thirty (30) days in advance of the desired cancellation date. All cancellation notices must be submitted through your online account settings, by filling out this form, or by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Verbal or informal cancellation requests (including those sent through social media or unrelated email addresses) will not be considered valid notice.

2. Effective Date of Cancellation

Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle following the expiration of the 30-day notice period. For example: If you submit your cancellation notice on June 10 and your current billing cycle ends on June 30, the 30-day notice period will extend through July 10, and your subscription will remain active until the end of the July billing cycle. During this time, you will continue to have full access to your subscription and will remain responsible for all applicable fees through the end of that billing cycle.

3. No Refunds

All subscription fees are non-refundable, including for partial months, unused services, or early termination, except where required by applicable law. Canceling your subscription will prevent future renewals but will not entitle you to a refund or credit for any portion of the current billing period.

4. Reactivation

You may reactivate your subscription at any time after cancellation by logging into your account and resubscribing. The applicable subscription rate at the time of reactivation will apply, and prior promotional pricing (if any) may not be reinstated.

5. Company’s Rights

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to: (a) modify or update this Policy at any time with notice as required by law; (b) deny or delay cancellation requests that do not comply with this Policy; and/or (c) terminate or suspend subscriptions in accordance with our Terms of Service for any reason, including nonpayment or violation of our rules or policies.

6. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy and any dispute arising out of or related to it shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Website after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Cancellation Policy.
